Camping Day 3

Antonio and Thor had fun finding frogs at the lake today.

Tony and his family joined us for the day and brought their boat.  The girls had fun taking tubing rides.

Camping Day 2

 Today I learned from Chris to boil water on the camp fire...lol

The kids had fun playing pokemon battles in the morning.

 After Chris and I ran home to feed pets we all went to the lake for the day.  Summer had to wear a life jacket all day because there is no way I would let her near the water not knowing how to swim without a life jacket.

Daddy brought both kayaks.  The girls are enjoying the lake.

Camping at the lake

 We went camping with friends at the nearby lake..sure is funny camping only 15 minutes from your house. 

Daddy worked quickly at setting the tent up.  There were no more trailer sites so we had no choice but to set up the tent.  The kids are happy either way.

 Unfortunately for us our tent spot was down hill..

 Our friends had quite the elaborate tent.  Pretty cool!

 Very tired girls who fell quickly asleep despite all of the load late arrival campers who kept Mommy up past 11.

Annual Camping Trip with Ed's family

 This weekend we went to Lake of the Springs to go camping with Ed's family.  Summer had a great time playing in this chair..it is one of those chairs that you can lounge back in.

When night time arrived Uncle John pulled out some cool glow stick toys.  I am not sure who had more fun, the adults or the kids!

Camping Day 2

 First thing in the morning and the girls are already back to climbing rocks.

 All the kids enjoyed riding in the back of the truck on the ride to and from the lake.

 Summer enjoyed playing in the mud.

 Joey and Alyssa went out in the kayak together.  Daddy followed with Kayla and Ashley.

 These guys are so strong they carried both kayaks.  I was so relieved I didn't have to carry on, those things are heavy!!!

 Summer enjoyed floating around and relaxing.
