Firework show

Most years we try to make the annual firework show at the lake. This year we let the girls bring a friend. Yep, Ed and I, and 5 girls...I bet people were wondering if we had all those children...LOL We brought bubbles along to kill the time while waiting for the fireworks.

Santa cruz boardwalk

We all went to the boardwalk for a day of fun..I had to stay with Summer on all the kiddie rides while Daddy went on the big kid rides with the older girls...hence why I have no pictures of the older girls on rides. We all had a blast!

Pictures of our beach condo fun

Grandma and Summer turned out to be game besties!!! She loved hanging out with Grandma and playing apps on tablets.

Roaring railroad train ride

We took a steam train ride in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Daddy has wanted to do this ride forever. The crazy thing is we almost didn't make it. There was a huge accident on hwy 17 so we had to drive the long route on Hwy 9. We only had ten minutes to spare. So happy we made it on time!! It was a beautiful ride.
